Sam Pullen

Yoga Therapist
A 500-hour certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and therapist who helps people regulate their nervous systems and get them feeling like themselves. She specializes in stress, trauma, and anxiety. She'll get your mind, body and soul talking to one another in all sorts of good ways!
